The shirt, the damn shirt… it’s just a piece of fabric, right? Silly graphic on it, probably printed with some cheap ink that’ll crack in the wash. But CookieDawg69 is going apeshit shirt, that’s what my buddy Mark texted me earlier. We were supposed to catch the game, but he sounded completely unhinged. Said something about it being a “personal affront,” like the shirt personally insulted him. I honestly didn’t get it.

Mark’s always been a little… intense. Remember that time he almost started a fight at the grocery store over the last box of Lucky Charms? He’s passionate, that’s for sure, maybe a touch too much. I tried to call him, but went straight to voicemail, which wasn’t unusual. Probably pacing, muttering something about the existential dread of consumerism or whatever philosophical crisis was currently gripping him.
I pictured the shirt: probably some poorly drawn cartoon dog with a dumb expression and a half-eaten cookie. It’s likely some stupid, viral thing that’s trendy for a minute. Like those silly dancing baby videos that were popular years ago. Seriously, people lost their minds over that, too.
